RENOVATION
A poorly designed annex at the back of this home kept the owners from realizing its full potential. We reconfigured the space to give more square-feet to the kitchen, and added high-impact details such as a coffered ceiling. As part of the home’s upgrades, we also found room for an additional bathroom upstairs – petite but perfect.
